Just-In-Time Debugging Error Message

Every now and then I get the following Just-In-Time Debugging error message:
"An unhandled win32 exception occurred in explorer.exe (1712). Just-In-Time
debugging this exception failed with the following erro: No installed
debugger has Just-In-Time debugging enabled. In Visual Studio, Just-In-Time
debugging can be enabled from tools/Options/Debugging/Just-in-Time." I find
Visual Studio in Explore but can't find anything to do the recommendation
this error message gives me. Would anyone have any suggestions on how to
correct this problem?
Thanks in advance.
