Junk Filter is filtering out a sender that I MUST NOT filter out!

Hello All,
I have Outlook 2002, and I set-up Junk Mail to delete some unwanted e-mails
not pertaining to my business. However, now it keeps sending copies of
e-mails (actually my customers' orders) from my own company, to the Deleted
bin. It also lets another copy go to the Inbox though.
Does anyone know how to stop it from filtering out my orders?
BTW, I did NOT add my own company's e-mail adress to the junk list.
Thank you very much,
Ben N

Did you add it to any of the Safe Lists? I'm a little hazy on how OL2002's
Junk filter worked but I seem to remember there being an Exception List

If it's copying messages, it means you have rules affecting the messages and
don't have a stop processing on one - or you have a rule set to copy the
message. So... look over your rules and make sure they are not affecting the
messages in question.

Thank you Vince and Diane for your help.
I just tried adding my company's "From" address to the Exception List.
Let's see if that works. I'll re-post results here, as soon as another order
comes in. :)
I'm still looking for the reason it is copying the e-mails though. I see no
rules that have that address in them. I continue looking though.
Thanks again,
Ben N
