JUNK EMAIL BOX WON'T POPUP

I'm hoping this is a quick fix.

When I first got MS Office Student Teacher 2003, whenever I opened Outlook,
it would show me my inbox and simultaneously would pop up a new window
showing my Junk Mail Box as new items were being dumped into it.

Then, mysteriously, that stopped.

Then, awhile later, people were telling me that they had sent emails to me
and I didn't know why I wasn't receiving them (didn't even think to look in
the Junk Email Box). I finally found these important emails in the Junk
Email Box some weeks later and just decided to turn off Junk Email
Filtering.

Now I'm getting barraged with Junk Email and I want to turn it back on
again,....but what I really want is for the Junk Email Box to popup each
time something is dumped into it like it did originally. But I can't figure
out how to do that though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Outlook never "popped up" the Junk E-mail folder when something gets moved
to it and there's no setting to make that happen. However, if you want the
Junk E-mail folder to open each time you start Outlook, then right-click the
Junk E-mail folder and choose Open in New Window. This will, in addition to
the mail Outlok window, show the contents of the Junk E-mail folder in a
separate window. If you always close Outlook with File>Exit in the main
Outlook window, both windows will continue to open each time you start
Outlook.
