Junk E-Mail folder

Hi,

A user's Junk E-Mail folder was somehow move to be a subfolder of the
'Notes' folder.
when i try to move it, i get the message 'Cannot move the items. Special
folders including the inbox, calendar, notes, tasks, and journal folders
cannot be moved"

You will have to use a legacy mail client to move the folder. Legacy mail
client would be Outlook 97, 98, 2000, or 2002.

mail from addresses on the blocked senders list will be moved to the junk
e-mail folder, or deleted entirely?

Junk E-mail folder operation depends on options selected. To access in
Outlook 2003/2007, select Tools > Options > Preferences tab > Junk E-mail
button. The first tab is where you pick to move/delete and the level of
filtering.
