jpg files

When I try to open jpg files in Outlook (2003) I get a message
Error Opening Database: 2000
The system cannot find the file specified.

Sounds like the program that's trying to open the JPG has an issue. Do you
happen to know what program that is?

I meant which program on your system is set to open JPG files.

OK, let's find that out first.

Open "My Computer"
Go to the Tools menu > Folder options command
Choose the File Types tab
Highlight JPG in the list of extensions
Click Advanced
Highlight Open
Click Edit

What's the program shown in the dialog that pops up
