jpeg images

when I download a jpeg all it shows is a jpeg icon not a
image is the a way to convert to bitmap or a way to view
jpegs

dont know if this is any help to you but i get the same -GIF or JPEG- saves as an icon and the only way i can view them is to right click on them and open with AOL, wont open with anything else !

You'll need a Photo Editing software to convert those photo to .jpeg or
..jpg file to Windows Xp or go to windows Explorer and click on view menu
and click the thumbnail to display it on the folder where your .jpeg or
..jpg are location at.
I hope this will help you in viewing .jpeg or .jpg file.

Hello Dyme,

In WindowsXP there is a built-in jpeg viewer called the Windows Picture and
Fax Viewer. Also, if you have Internet Explorer, it can be used to view
jpeg images as well.
When you double-click the jpeg file, what happens?
