Hey guys
I need your experteese and knowledge to crack this one.
I have just set up a new Citrix server and it performs how it should, BUT! i
have ONE user who used to use Journal in outlook and now it does not work.
I know why it does not work cause the offitems.log doesn't get created, the
key in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Journal\Outlook
Item Log File
is pointing to the correct location, but when i open word and opens a file
and closes it word doesn't create this file.
Are there any more reg files i can take a look at.
ANY help appreciated since i'm not that familiar with Journal it can be that
it's something down-to-earth thing.
