Join to domain

Environment:
Server:Windows 2K Server(PDC)
Client:Windows 2K Professional

The question is when i joined my computer to domain,
it always prompt me "Can not find network path".

It sounds like your computer can't find a domain
controller for the domain you want it to join. Double
check in DNS if the record for the domain points to the
correct domain controllers. And of course make sure the
computer you are using is accessing DNS

Good thing to start wtih is to insure that your machines are not pointing to
your ISP's DNS servers. This is *usually* the culprit.

If the above is true, then something else is up. Check to see if the SRV
records exist in DNS, since that is what it's looking for when it "looks"
for the domain.

If having further difficulties, can you please post an unedited ipconfig
/all and tell us the actual domain name as it shows up in your ADUC.

What John and Ace said, plus...

Since it is almost always related to DNS
you must ensure three things (at least):

1) Dynamic DNS on the Zone (so it can accept registrations)
2) DC is USING that DNS in it's own client properties
(NIC\IP properties)
3) The Machine (joining) is using this DNS too (NIC\IP props.)
