javascripts not working in IE 6

On almost everypage I look at that has some Javascript links on it (like the
BMW films page for instance) none of the links work. They won't load and I
can't figure out what's wrong. I have all the software neccessary, all the
newest drivers and patches, so what else can I do? Please help.

I have the same problem. It started after installing the
latest IE 6 security patch.

Basically Java is no longer functioning. I have tried
downloading Sun's Java Runtime Engine (JRE), but cannot
get it to install.

It looks like the customer is caught inbetween the war
between Microsoft and Sun and is becoming the loser.

I would appreciate any ideas before I spend $99 to fix
the problem.

I downloaded and installed the latest Sun JRE. Still
could not get the Javascripts to work.

Followed your suggestion and reinstalled the cummulative
patch, and they now run. Thanks.

I am having the same issues also. I got Sun to install,
but now my computer is extremely slow. Not even worth
using. So I've uninstalled Sun. I don't recommend them.
