java problem (probably)

Hello,

I keep getting this error message in Win 2000:

"jre.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need
to restart the program. An error log is being created."

I have, of course, restarted many times and even re-installed Java several
times. I have no idea where this "error log" is or if it would be of any help.

Can anybody help me?

jre.exe???? Where is this file? There is a jre folder but in that there is no jre.exe? This is old. You do
not want jre in your Sun JDK. You want java.exe. Remove the version of Sun's Java Plugin you have
and put in the latest.
