IUCTL.DLL DAMAGED

When I looked in the downloaded program files folder I found a entry begining
{9f1c11aa-197b-4942..........} status damaged; last accessed today.
Inspecting the properties and then the dependencies it shows that
c:\windows\system32\IUCTL.dll is damaged. Does this matter and should I try
to repair the damage , if so how do I go about it ?

Have you tried running Windows Update to see if it's functional, in
reference to your problem? Take a look at
