iTunes Install

Hi.. I tried downloading and installing iTunes from AOL or direct from Apple.com. When installing I get the following 2 error messages:
"Internal Error 2356. data1.cab" and "Error: 1603 Fatal Error During Install"
AOL has been no help, they tell me to go to Apple.com support for PC version. No help there either. Any idea what the problem is? Any help appreciated. You can email me with any possible solutions.

See re-download the file will help. My guess is the cab file is crashed.
Also, you can delete all temp files for which used during the previous
installation before a new installation.
