iTunes for Windows, global shortcuts

Is there any way (plugin, or something perhaps?) to allow for
manipulation of iTunes for windows via keyboard shortcuts? For
example, FooBar, Winamp, Windows Media player and such all all for
play/pause, stop, track advance, previous, etc, using keyboard
commands, usually programmable, but at the very least using the extra
keys that come with the Logitech Internet Keyboard, Windows Internet
Keyboard Pro, or other such keyboards. iTunes doesn't seem to like
this... Any help?

Contacting Apple would get you better support. Microsoft had nothing to do
with the making of this application.

Apple pretty much did a direct port over from the Apple version and didn't
exactly add new features. Perhaps in a new version

Apple believes that the mouse is better than the keyboard. It reflects in
all their software, even when ported to Windows.
