Issues with junk mail filter in Outlook 2002

Continuing problem with Outlook 2002

Here is what I've done so far to fix the junk mail filter from sending false
positives - valid email - to the junk email filter.
One of my users has been have a high number of false positives being sent to
her junk email folder in Outlook 2002. I've turned off the junk email
filter and ensured that her junk email filter didn't have any entries in it.
I also ensure that there weren't any rules running that might create the
problem. I monitored her computer and she continued to get
false positives. I decided to recreate her MAPI profile but this didn't fix
the problem. I next
attempted to recreate her user profile which in turn would require the
recreatoin of the MAPI profile. This also didn't work. My last step was to
move her to a new computer with Outlook 2003 installed on it to see if it
could take care of false positives. No luck. I'm totally stumped on this
issue. I'm curious if having the multiple MAPI profiles created a problem
and confused the Exchange 2k3 mail server. If anyone has any ideas, please
reply to this post. Thanks.

Can you just add the legitimate senders to the Safe Senders list?
