Issue with UPGRADE to XP using unattend.txt

Guest

Hi hopefully someone can help. I used setupmgr.exe to create an unattend.txt
file. Instead of upgrading the current windows directory it tries to
overwrite the current directory. How do you get the unattend.txt to
"UPGRADE" the existing %win% directory. There must be a command like
"upgrade=yes" or something.

Any help would be appreciated.

Note: You cannot use an OEM version of Windows XP
to upgrade an existing Windows installation. OEM versions
can only be installed on a reformatted drive.
