ISP dial up

I need help setting up my dial up account. I would like to know if there is
a way that I can click on the IE icon, and be able to log on from there? I
usually get the dial up window and it tries to log me on. Unfortunately, it
tries to log me on to MSN but I do not have an account with them. I have put
my provider on the set up, and have placed it as my default. Unfortunately,
there is something wrong and it informs me that my password or user ID is
incorrect, even though they are not. Under settings it asks for a domain,
and I do not know what that means. It also always changes my dial up number.
I am new to this and would like for somebody to be able to explain to me how
to use the ISP system. If anybody can help me please send me an email to
(e-mail address removed). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Run the Internet Connection Wizard. First delete the account(s), if any,
that are not working as you want. You will need your dialup number, your
username and password for your account. Look to the Help menu in Windows or
Internet Explorer or Outlook Express for detailed instructions.
