Dial Up Connection Box doesn't pop up - IE Freezes

When I start Internet Explorer, it'll bring up the browser, but the dial up
connection box never appears. And when this happens, the IE browser locks up,
and you have to close it using ctrl+alt+del. If I go to Start>Connect To>My
ISP, it doesn't lock up. Does anyone know how to make the Dial Up Connection
Box appear when I start IE?

Go to Start...Settings...Control Panel...Internet Options...Connections tab.
Make sure "Always dial..." or "Dial whenever" is selected. If no joy, then
delete and set up your dial-up connection again.
