isp changed and now outlook disappeared

My isp recently changed and now suddenly my outlook files etc have all
disapperaed and I cannot figure out how to get them back.

Did you do anything to change mail accounts or something akin to that prior
to this incident? Also, what kind of mail account(s) did you have with your
prior ISP (POP3 or IMAP)?
