Is this causing a problem with my desktop.

I have Webroot Spysweeper, Zonelabs AntiVirus an Spyware on my desktop. When
I sign in after DSL starts up these programs want to Update themselves, when
they do will they do it in order or will the clash at the same time an cause
my PC problems??? Thanks all for your help.JJ Also I forget one an that is
TrendMirco Antispyware also updates.
