is there photo editor in office 2003?

I have just upgraded to office 2003 professional and my photo editor has
disappeared, i just get photo/fax viewer with JPG files now which cant be
cropped.

I tried a Complete Install but still nothing, I still have my copy of Office
2002 Pro is there anyway i can have 2003 installed but still have the use of
photo editor?
