is there any security for sharing the folders

i have 3 computers in network(1,2,3) with their desktop shared.i am in
computer 1 and now i go to computer 2 select one of the drives say(c:)i copy
a file from there place it on the desktop and i again go to my pc(ie 1)from
there i will be able to access that file.is there any chance that XP stops
this sort of copying the files from other drives.what i mean to say is i
should not be given permission to access other drives(c:) of other
computers(ie 2,3)
