Is there a way to hide the address bar via group policy or other?

Can i hide the address bar on launch or via group policy from a domain
controller or through some other means?

That won't stop your users from getting to sites other than what you
show for links in the home page you foist upon them. They can use the
Address Bar in the Windows taskbar. Or run "<path>\iexplorer.exe
<URL>".
