Is there a way to create a task automatically (not manually)?

I would like outlook to create a task automatically upon receipt of an email
that fits certain rules. The rules would likely be a combination of a word or
phrase in the subject, the sender, and possible a word or phrase in the
message body. Outlook should create the task for emails that fit that
criteria. The task should be created with specific due dates that are also
set automatically.
