Outlook 2003 RULES do not run automatically but do run manually

I leave my computer on and Outlook running at night. I have a number of
rules set up to move emails with a certain phrase in the subject line to an
appropriate folder. It used to work fine. Now when I come in to work I have
to manually run the rules in order to clean up my INBOX.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I'm having the same problem. My rules used to work before I installed the
latest Service Pack for Office.
