Is there a tool that allows users to maintain the list of names that Outlook
2003 uses to suggest when filling in the To:, Cc: or Bcc: fields? I method
of editing, cleaning or maintaining them beyond deleting them all or
selecting and deleting them as they appear would be great. Selecting and
deleting them individually relies on the user remembering them all, or
remembering to fix them when an error is found. Deleting them all and
starting over is painful. A tool to maintain them (editing, fixing, saving
and importing) would be very useful.
