Is there a perfed form to print contacts for a small book?

I am trying to print my contacts on a laer form that I can use in a small day
timer type book. I see the settings in the printer page selection boxes, but
I can't find the paper or books from any suppliers. Any ideas?

If you mean paper that is punched to fit into a notebook, Daytimers produces
blank and subtly lined paper for this purpose. You ought to be able to
print your contacts out on this and put the output into a notebook, either
theirs or perhaps others'. I bought some along with a notebook but have not
yet tried it.
