Is syncing between a laptop and a PC possible w/o an exchange server?

I have a client who wants to sync his outlook
calendar/mail/contacts between his desktop and his laptop.
Is it possible to sync two outlook
calendars/mailboxes/contacts without an exchange server?
If so, how?
