Is Outlook 2000 compatable with Vista?

I have been using this program to sync (ActiveSync 3.0) my iPAC Potcket PC
with my previous laptop.

Now that I had to replace the laptop I can't seem to get this to work.

Is there a fix or do I just need to upgrade to a better Pocket PC to match
up with Vista?

Outlook 2000 and Vista are not very compatible.
