Is it possible to retrieve the list of suggested names in Outlook

How can I get the list of all suggested names that Outlook 2002 has stored?
The reason I need to know is that my Contacts list is so small. Also, I
don't know how to add a suggested name to the Contacts list.

Assuming you are referring to the autocompletion cache, those entries are
stored in a file with an NK2 extension. You cannot access this information
natively.
There is a 3rd party program that can access and edit the .NK2 file. You can
also use it to backup and restore the NK2 file and to create Contact Records
from your NK2 data. You can read more about it here:
