Is it possible to highlight selected email text in Outlk 2003?

I would like to highlight selected text in yellow. I can't figure out if
this is possible in Outlook 2003. If possible, I would need detailed
instructions to set this up. I would appreciate an email from anyone who
understands Outlook 2003 better than I do and can give me detailed
insturctions. Thank you.

If you have Outlook set up to use Word as the email editor (Tools > Options >
mail Format tab), you can highlight using the Formatting toolbar. If you
don't use Word as the email editor, you can highlight in Word, then copy and
paste the text into your message window.
