is it possible to change my CPU in to english version? or buy a CPU of an english version?

jupiter jones(MVP),i am a beginner. unfortunately i bought a set of computer here in japan.because my friend told me that its OK!.that, it can be reverse or convert it into english version.but its not the whole entire of the computer.coz every time i go to CONTROL PANEL, RUN,ACCESSORY,. its all japanese written.which i could not understand.if i buy another CPU an english version,(definitely not here in japan) is there a possible complication with my monitor?coz my friend told me again that, the CPU is the main eye of the computer. eventhough my monitor is a japanese brand, there is no complication. is that true?id rather listen to a professional than to my friend. waiting for your reply.thanks a lot , MIYUKI

Windows XP is written in specific language versions, therefore one
cannot change it from one language version to another. You'll need
to purchase a "Full Version" of Windows XP in the language version
you desire, reformat your drive and install it "clean".

Or if you have an available empty drive or partition, you can install
another "Full Version" of Windows XP in a different language version
and create a dual-boot configuration.

oh! thank god! carey frish. its nice to hear from a professional like you, give an advice to a beginner like me,to have an idea what to do next.sorry for my slow understanding regarding this matter.i have no experience to go to school of computer, to learn a basics. i just bought a computer,and later on,ive noticed that, the computer is cool!.. you know !?searching,downloading,etc.i did'nt know behind that, there is a big porblem.and it coast me a big trouble. i 'd like to thank you and other professionals helping a beginner like me to understand little by little, and explain the best you can!
