How to send a chinese text to an english version of word from OCR

Hi

I'm trying to scan a traditional chinese document using OCR and an English
version of Word, my Windows is Traditional Chinese, but I use an English
version of Office.

So I found impossible to send a traditional chinese text to word after
scanning

I'm really in unknown territory but it would seem to me that you would need
Chinese OCR software.
