Yes, if you do not password protected it (in Excel), but if they do edit the file, they can not save
it back to your website.

I want to have a link connected to an Excel file. Once the Excel file is
uploaded, is it possible for the viewer to edit the contents of the Excel
file? Of course I don't want them to do that. Thank you.
