Is it Licenced?

Hello All,

OEM Downloads Inc. was created in 2003 year as service for registration
shareware programs.
and it's official web page is: http://download-community.com/ you can visit
for more details.

My question is:

Will it be licenced and legal If I buy the cheap softwares from this Site or
company as like when I buy from microsoft or it's reseller.

Thanks

OEM is legal if you buy a ;iece of hardware along with it OR you're a
registered OEM builder.
I used to buy from ZipZoomFly such, and a qualifiying piece of hardware can
be as cheap as a $20 memory stick, etc.

Friggin Spam. Posted to quite a few newsgroups. I would not touch anything on that
site (Offering of Office Enterprise gives it away)

And what "spam" might you be talking about?

The OP posted the same using different names in a few other newsgroups. The site
itself is selling pirated versions of software. The Office Enterprise gives it away.
Office Enterprise is a Volume License version and is not available to the public
only through the Home Purchase Program from Companies,Educational Institutions and
Government Agencies that purchase Volume License. NOT FOR RESALE

Maybe but a) you didn't reply to the thread, and b) there was no mention of
the site in your ORPHANED post.....

No because I remove the URL and the post not to have the Spam continue.
This new way of spamming has been around for the last year and the .ru. .de. .hu
..ch newsgroups which I frequent are full of them. This is one of many ways of
getting around being caught for spamming and it is most prevalent in the European
newsgroups and it is now hitting the North American newsgroups as it did here.

BTW: That link originates from the USSR

<sigh> WHAT LINK?
What is the point of posting an orphaned post that doesn't relate to
ANYTHING?

Short of plonking,Suggest you study the scenario

WHAT "scenario"? You posted an ORPHANED post, completely on it's own, not in
a thread, with the subject line of "friggin spam" with NO reference to
ANYTHING in that post. No quote, no URL, NOTHING.

Just tell me, what was the POINT of doing that?

Gordon, Peter actually posted in line but changed the subject. - Peter,
please don't totally change the subject. Your new modified subject should
have been something like: Is it SPAM Licenced? or something like that.
Anytime you totally remove and rename a post's subject line you do lose some
people that don't have their newsreaders expanding the full thread.

Apparently your newsreader doesn't thread posts by reference, which
creates a problem for you when the subject is changed. You might find a
configuration item somewhere in LiveMail that would improve your
experience in this regard...

Many people, when warning about spam, suppress the URLs in order to
minimize their availability in searches. I do it as a matter of course,
and have suggested to others who didn't that they consider doing it in
the future.
