Irritating Pop-Up

This just started yesterday..... I keep getting a pop-up
that says " Connect to 67.18.1.164" with the
words "www.webquestinc.com" and it keeps asking for my
login and password.
This continually pop's up whenever I go onto the
internet....is this a virus or something? And if so, How
do I get rid of it???

You've got spyware, adware, a trojan, a search engine hijacker, or a home
page hijacker.
