IPSEC error

After about 2 minutes my computer restarts; it occurs evey time. I checked
the error log and the predominant message was: IPSEC services hung on
starting, IPSEC services terminated with error % % 4294967295. Any ideas?

I have Windows XP Home.

This won't fix any errors, but the machine should quit restarting.

Start | Run | Type: control Sysdm.cpl,System,3 | OK |
Under Startup and Recovery click the Settings button |
Uncheck: Automatically restart the computer | OK |
Apply | OK
