IPSEC Error

After about 2 minutes my computer restarts. This occurs every time. I viewed
the error log and the predominant message was: The IPSEC services hung on
starting; IPSEC services terminated with error % % 4294967295. Any ideas?

try shutting it off and then restarting, check for virsus, spyware, ect,
install latest service packs.

This won't fix any errors, but the machine should quit restarting.

Start | Run | Type: control Sysdm.cpl,System,3 | OK |
Under Startup and Recovery click the Settings button |
Uncheck: Automatically restart the computer | OK |
Apply | OK
