IP Forged Error while sending Emails through Microsoft Outlook

Hi,

I am using 3 email addresses, when I log in my computer through the office
network (server is Windows 2003) only one email address lets me send messages.

When I log in as to my computer (without the network), the other two emails
let me send messages.

The error comes in a return email by System Administrator with subject
"Undeliverable: (subject of email sent)".

Detailed message in the failure report is:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: test
Sent: 21-Jan-06 10:54 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 21-Jan-06 10:54 AM
550 5.7.1 <[email protected]>... Relaying denied. IP name
possibly forged [203.81.192.67]

Can some one please let me know what is going on??? I am working in a very
small company, there is no technical guy here managing the network.

Thanks

It is a little unclear what you mean when you say that you use
three addresses when sending mail but that only one of them
will work. Do you perhaps mean three profiles? And what
mail client do you use? Outlook? Outlook Express? Other?
Which version?

1- Different emails: I mean three different email addresses.
2- Mail Client: Microsoft Outlook.

Go into your OE Mail Accounts and tell us how your 3 accounts are described.
(e.g., one of them should be listed as the, "Default".)

Phone your ISP and ensure their server criteria are exactly the same as what
is is coming through on your headers for the purported, "forged", emails.

Are all three pop addresses or are some web addreses used through Outlook. I
would delete the accounts and remake them in case there is corruption. In
Outlook goto tools, email accounts and you should see how to do it. Make
sure you have the details needed like passwords, acccount name and any
pop/smtp addresses needed. Your isp would have the info if you need it..
