Invasive program attached itself to my internet explorer

When I open my internet explorer program. Something is
attaching itself to my homepage. It is setting up a
toolbar on the top called waygram. When I click the bar
closed, it will still come up on the next screen. It also
put some kind of a link bar at the bottom. This link bar
will stay even when I shut off internet explorer. It
changes my internet explorer options homepage set up to:

http://prosearching.com/search/search.cgi?
s=http://comcast.net/comcast.html

Just recently it has now added a menu bar to my desktop.

I have run a-ware 6 to try and delete it as spyware but
this does not take care of the problem.

How do I get rid of this beast?
