Internet Explorer Window Maximizes/Restores Itself

I have been noticing that when I have a website loading, and then I minimize it to the task bar, that once the page is fininished loading it will maximize or restore by itself and pop back up on the screen. This is very annoying. Is there something I might have set up wrong in Internet Explorer?

Look at this setting, change it.

Tools/Internet Options/Advanced Tab, under Browsing.
"Reuse windows for opening shortcuts..."
