If you're comfortable editing the registry (back up first) ry this:
Start the registry editor (regedit.exe)
Move to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{871C5380-42A0-1069-A2EA-08002B30309D}
From the Edit menu, select New - Key and enter the name of DefaultIcon and
press Enter
Double click Default on the right hand side and change to the icon you
require (use browse)
Select OK
Close the registry editor

| Thank you Ramesh. No, I cant see any Web Document tab. BTW, the document
type
| is 'any type' where the Internet shortcut is located in "C:\Documents and
| Settings\Owner\Start Menu". Anyway, even on the Desktop, there is no 'Web
| Document' tab as well. I wish to highlight that I dont have problem with
