Internet sharing over the network

I have 4 computers on a LAN network that connects through
a netgear hub. A week or so ago, one of the computers
stopped accessing the internet, but could still see the
shared files over the network. All of the other
computers can see the internet. What should I do to fix
the computer that cannot access the internet?

I've had problems with laptops running 98SE. Once-in-a-while I have to run
the Internet Connection Wizard again because it forgot it was connecting
through a network. I seems that Windows likes to change it's settings.
Also under Tools, (Internet) Options, Connections make sure it's checked to
connect through LAN.
