I am the administrator, what can I do to remove this restriction?

Start by checking your computer thoroughly for possible viruses and
spyware. Make sure your installed antivirus and antispyware software
is completely up to date and do a full scan of your system.

Then get a second opinion by doing a free online scan at at least one
(and preferably two) of the following sites:
