Internet Options/Programs/Email Can it be different for 2 users?

Windows XP Pro SP2

I have 2 accounts on my machine, myself as Administrator, my wife as
Restricted User. I wish to have Outlook as my default email program, my wife
Outlook Express.

I cannot acchieve this. If I set my preference to Outlook my wife cannot
change hers. She selects OE but IE reverts to Outlook. If I temporarily
promote her, she can change but my default is changed also!

Is it possible to achieve what I want? If so how please?
