Internet Explorer

I am not able to set my home page in Internet Explorer. Something is forcing
my home page to be www.msn.com
When I right click the IE on the desktop and go to Internet Properties under
the General tab, this is what I see
http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&clcid=0x0409&pver=6.0&ar=home
Any suggestions as to how to correct this?

You need to ask this in an IE NG. This one is for Word.
