Hi Ahmad,
Try to clear your caches and delete offline Internet files and Cookies.
Then open a Run Command and type the following:
ipconfig /flushdns press OK.
Reboot your computer and see if the issue will resolve.
If no joy try to disable Tcp /IP filtering, how to do that:
Open Control Panel >> Network and IE connections >> Network Connections >>
on your connection Right click and select Properties, on the Properties
Window click on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click on Properties Button.
On the Properties window on General be sure you have Obtain IP and DNS set
to the Radio Automatically, that if you assigned this not Static IP.
Click on Advanced Button in the Bottom of the window, click Option Tab and
click Properties, uncheck this box:
[ ] Enable TCP/IP Filtering (All Adapters)
Click Ok to confirm your settings and Reboot your machine.
If no joy try to send the ipconfig /all or tracerout output to here.
