Internet Explorer request a password

Hi there,
When a user at the office opens IE he gets a request for password, even
though there is no proxy on the network and I have checked the user account
and he has the proper rights, and check interent explorer settings on other
machines and is exactly the same.

the user has a roaming profile, just like other users.
and also when he try changing the security settings on IE to reduce it to
medium, it doesn't allow it, even though he is a member of domain admins.

any help please.

Is the content advisor enabled? Open IE, tools, option, content tab...

Remove the password with this if that's the case and the user doesn't know
the password:
