Internet Explorer Problem

Hello, I hope somebody can help me. After I'm done with Internet Explorer and
close it down, it doesn't actually close. I hit control-alt-delete to see the
View Manager and processes, I see that Iexplorer is still running. And
everytime I go into Internet Explorer after that it will come up again and
again and not close any of them.
Is there a program making this happen or something?
If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thank You!

iexplorer is a spyware program. The Microsoft programs are iexplore.exe and
explorer.exe
