Internet Explorer not responding

Internet Explorer freezes up more and more often, even
immediately after activity recently. When trying to close
it, I see "Internet Explorer (site) not responding".

Did you check for parasites?

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit is with these
tools.
