I am having the exact same problem, except mine ONLY
happens when I am on Ebay trying to click on an item
description. I am soooo Frustrated with it, and I can't
find any help topics for it! Please help!

Im having the same problem evertime I log onto IE There has to be something
we can do right now Im loading netscape to at least be able to get some work
done grrrrrrrrrrr !

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
